Dustin brings 18+ years as an operator and an owner of D&C Land Management. Dustin brings added value not only for the person he is but the expertise to handle a job from start to finish. Dustin is the husband to Mrs. Danielle Clark who works at Sabine Medical Hospital. They have a son Mr. Talan Reid Clark! Dustin is looking forward to bringing him to the woods, river, and lakes to teach deer hunting and fishing.

Missy Fountain – Office Manager
Mrs. Missy is one of the hardest working people you will ever meet. She is the first one to work every morning, ensuring that the day starts out right. She is the foundation of the day to day work being done. The communication between customers, drivers, and operators.
Not only is she an asset to EarthMovers but she is to our great Sabine Parish School system as well. She drives the SPED route and also PALs route for the children of Sabine Parish. She also gives her time for the students on field trips and special events. Her family matters the world to her and she constantly speaks of them and what they mean to her. EarthMovers is blessed and thankful to have Mrs. Missy a part of this family and appreciates all she does for so many.
Josh McCormic – Foreman
Josh is married to his high school sweetheart Erin and they have two amazing kids. He started his career in the Oil and Gas industry working his way through the ranks with his ability to do more than what most ever could.
His upbringing grants him the ability to be able to do many jobs and do those jobs well. Growing up on McCormic Hill he spent many hours in John Wayne’s shop with his dad, John Wayne, and many others making Josh one of the best welders, carpenters, and jack of all trades around.
In his spare time he loves to spend time with his kids and wife outside taking on new tasks Erin finds for him or just tinkering on projects around his home. Josh is a tremendous person and friend and EarthMovers is blessed to have him apart of this growing team and company.
Josh Sepulvado – Foreman
Josh is a hard working guy who puts his heart into everything he does. When he’s not working, he is home enjoying time with his wife Jessica and their 3 children, Alissa, Anna, and Jake. He lives a simple life and cherishes every moment together with his family, riding backroads, fishing and making memories!
